Teachers as educators have a big influence in creating quality learning. In the current

skills in the teaching and learning process. The condition that occurs is a challenge
for teachers to be able to develop the quality of their profession in teaching. Based on
the phenomenon, this study aims to know the efforts of teachers in developing their
professionalism in teaching English and the application of 4C skills into learning.
